If we believe we can help, we’ll walk you through the next steps in our care process.

Our 3-Step New Patient Process
1. Schedule a 15-Minute Health Discovery Call
Start with a no-pressure call where we’ll learn about your health goals and determine whether our advanced functional medicine approach aligns with your needs. It’s quick, free, and could be the turning point you’ve been searching for.
2. Book a Comprehensive Health Consultation
If it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule a full intake and health consultation (virtual or in-person). During this session, we’ll take a deep dive into your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. You’ll also have the opportunity to submit any past labs for review.
3. Review Labs & Begin Your Personalized Care Plan
We’ll either analyze your current lab results or order new ones based on your needs. After reviewing your data, we’ll create a customized protocol to begin your healing journey — whether that includes functional lab testing, gut repair, brain retraining, immune modulation, or regenerative support.
